1. Delivery Coverage
Outdoor Sports Company delivers worldwide. Our primary delivery hubs are located in Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, Singapore, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Orders from within these countries receive prioritised local dispatch. Customers outside these regions may also place orders, which are fulfilled directly from our international logistics network.
2. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, Singapore, UK, USA: 3–10 business days from dispatch
- Rest of World: 7–20 business days from dispatch
Delivery times may be extended during peak periods such as Christmas and Black Friday. We will notify you of any significant delays.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the weight and dimensions of your order, and the selected shipping speed. Free shipping thresholds may apply on qualifying orders — please check the relevant country site for current promotions.
4. Order Tracking
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing a tracking number once your order leaves our warehouse. You can use this number on the relevant carrier's website to monitor your delivery in real time.
5. Returns Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most products, provided they are in unused, original condition with all original packaging intact. To initiate a return, contact our team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a pre-paid return label.
6. Refund Conditions
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Outbound shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or does not match what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, including clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
8. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, including unwrapped mouth guards, ear guards, and other personal protective equipment. This will be clearly indicated on the product listing.
